Yes, inner work to change the reality around you, as well as work outside of you, but that work can only become clear as you do the inner work within.

Yes, they are, many will not even notice the change as they will move, even though they are not awake, with you into the new 5th dimensional reality.
Does that mean you don’t have work?
It is your choice, you have to ask yourself, why did you awaken at this time.
Why you and why are there so many still asleep.
The energies coming in and changing the frequencies upon earth are supportive of a change within the human reality.
Changes however can only be made by you.
The more you can work on releasing old energies from this reality, the easier the transit will be from this 3rd dimensional reality into the 5th dimensional reality.
Changes and making changes requires inner work.
All of you awake now and the ones that will still awaken are part of this great moment in time where change is happening and realized by all of you.
No matter how many are still asleep, you are the ones that are awake and it is your choice right now.

As we come to this point many also ask themselves what is duality?
Duality is very simple explained as energies moving, as the energies are moving you give a certain expression to the movement.
As you came to experience upon earth you have made the duality, or movement of energy into a duality experience.
Duality is nothing more than how you experience the movement of energy and how you translate the movement.
Energies have a natural flow, but can be move into certain directions to create changes.
Depending upon where you move the energies, they will have different effects.
Upon earth it has always been large groups moving the energy, with small movements within of each person within the group.
The difference is that some groups are moving the energy using the divine flow, other groups are moving the energy against the divine flow. Some are not really moving the energies as they are just floating following the flow wherever it takes them.
As many have lost their spiritual connection ever time, the more people that were just floating along with what was happening within the two flows.
The groups that were moving the energy against the divine flow got a greater advantage as more and more humans lost their connection to their connection within to spirit.
This might seem strange, but following the divine flow means you have to have the inner connection to find the divine flow, it is easier to actually move against the divine flow as they used the energy of fear.
The more humans are in fear, the easier it become to control them and once a human is in fear their energies flow against the divine flow.
Now you might think that love will take you back into the divine flow, but it was fear and also the loss of the inner connection that took you out of the flow.
The inner connection is needed to reconnect with the divine flow, as you have found that you will find the answer to following the divine flow.
Love and fear are polarities, the midpoint between them is nothing and everything.
The divine flow needs balance within you to be moved into the right direction.
