Why do we have to call it light, as it is a pure energy.
By passing through the dimensions the frequency changes.
Energies can become false notes as you say, but why would that cancel out what other energies are doing.
It is a false note, move the note back into resonance with the others and no energy has been lost.
Just like when driving on a road, you might not pay attention and you hit the rails on the side of the road, yes you get a bit damaged but damage can be repaired and you just move back into the middle of the road.
Now each person has a choice and some might see it as fun to constantly hit that railing alongside the road. Who am I to say they cannot.
My point is that all is coming from the same source, all is the same, it is the way we use it that makes it different.
The light and dark version is a duality view that we need to release as it is something that continues to keep is controlled in many ways.
As humans we need a certain image to view ourselves as good or bad, we have decided that light is good and dark is bad. What is we made a different decision and would have said in the beginning, dark is good and light is bad.
Everyone would now be working on becoming as dark as possible.
Just like we say the sky is blue the grass is green, we could have made a different choice and said the sky is green and the grass is blue.
This is all seen from a human point of view as we rely upon our understanding of colors to see the physical reality upon earth, even people who are colorblind see a difference between colors that allows them to see anything physical upon our world.
But if we are to release all attachment to duality, I think releasing the attachment to light and dark is a very important one, as within source we would not experience the energy as light or dark as we do not rely upon physical eyes to see the energy.
We rely upon the feeling or frequency of the energy, there is no light or dark involved in that.
