The sphinx speaks separation anxiety

This is very prevalent within the human mind and actually begins at birth where you have to rely upon others for your survival.

You are being taught from the moment you are born you need others, the connection to others to survive and this doesn’t stop there.

Your reality is based upon working with others, living with others.

No matter how hard you work on creating your own reality, there are others involved that can make or break your reality.

To think this isn’t the truth is an illusion as you are in many ways reliant upon others, if it is not human others, you are reliant upon the earth, the weather, to grow your food, to survive.

So even if you think you create your own reality, you are not basing it upon a human reliability, you rely upon your surroundings, the earth to grow food, the earth to make your trees grow to build shelter, the animals like the bees to provide you with honey and so much more.

To be separated from all this is the biggest anxiety a human has, as your survival as a human is dependent not just upon humans but all that is upon earth as well.

The humans put a lot of importance on being human in this time, and some would like to go back to the old ways, living from the earth.

Many older societies were living like that, dependent upon what the earth provided for them. Yet they also had the separation anxiety as the earth was of great importance and anything, like the weather for example, could interfere with what the earth could provide for them.

The survival instinct within the human is partly responsible for the separation anxiety, but not completely as humans also are capable of human thought.

Anything that interferes with what they think of as surviving as humans is causing this separation anxiety.

So when we speak about attachments, separation anxiety comes into play as well as many see it from a survival, or human survival point of view.

Attachments to the human thinking are the greater cause of separation anxiety.

Oneness and/or nothingness, seems to make humans think of separation, and they will only see oneness as the one that will make them survive.

Oneness with what, they have not really figured out yet, as it can mean so much and mostly from a human point it means oneness within the human reality.

When you think of the death of the human body, many will say, it is just the human life, I will return within another body. But when you stand at the gate of death of the human body many will feel like they don’t want to leave this human life.

They will do almost everything to prolong the human life, and we are not talking about having a disease. We are talking about that one moment, that moment where you know death is inevitable.

Even Jesus went through that moment when he said “Oh father why have you forsaken me”. And he knew he was not really going to die.

Separation anxiety of the human reality.

After all you have created your own reality here, you are creating your own reality here.

No matter what you created, you will leave it behind when you die.

Not that creating your human reality is not important, it is the attachment to this creation that is in need of release.

And that is where your separation anxiety comes in, as you rely upon the human reality for survival, being separated from this human reality is something that is not, or does not make any sense to the human mind. After all without this human reality you would not exist here as a human.

After all your hard work, to create, to become who you are, to be in service, to be that loving and kind person, to assist others, and so much more. We now tell you to release the attachment to all that.

The human mind sees this as a separation; we see it as moving into a new way of being, moving into more oneness of being.
