As you all know I moved about 5 months ago, just to have some time by myself and the house I found was amazing. The only thing negative was a landlord who refused to fix certain things. As I found out after complaining about a strange smell for months was that the stove was leaking gas and the reaction from my landlord was that I had a grill outside and I could always buy a hotplate.
Now I was already having the feeling of the need to move more to the country. And my landlord had given me a way out and I thank her for that.
The moment I had made the final decision I looked again on graigslist where I had found this house. The first one that I found interesting was a house on 3 acres and at a lake. So no pool but we can swim in the lake.
So I called and went to go see it the same day. It was beautiful, the owner told me it was build by two mason master builders and at the end he showed us the very large mason symbol on the ceiling in the living room. The floor is beautiful, we have a fire place and we have a porch that I can use as an office. There is a 2 car garage that can use as a workshop with its own bathroom and a small kitchen. The water comes out of the well, so no more chlorine.
The house is perfect and the owner is willing to rent it to us, even though I am self employed.
He was so nice and the place is amazing with a back yard that goes 1400 feet our onto the lake, the front has a place to grow vegetables and already has blueberries and grapes.
So right now were in the middle of moving and will be in the new house celebrating new year.
Sherry and I have been working on all our new classes and many more things to come in the new year. It has been an amazing year for me with starting the classes, growing into that, then the work with Sherry which I love doing. It is so much fun when you can work with someone that understands you and you don’t even have to say anything to keep it going.
We spent so much fun times together and in the new year its going to be even more.
