9.Higher Light Integration

The purpose of all Higher Light integrations is to assist the DNA to accept more light, support the building of the lightbody, and prepare the five lower bodies for unification with the OVERSOUL. By opening, connecting and lighting the axiatonal lines, stimulating the axial circulation system and laying in chakra grids, the bodies mutate with GRACE and ease into their next higher order of existence.

You should set up a daily practice and include in it asking Lord Arturus and the Arturians to increase your light quotient 100%. You can have it be a light quotient for the overall systems or you can ask for the increase in a specific chakra.

Another good item to include is you can ask Sai Baba for a 100% love quotient increase as well. It is as important to increase your love quotient as it is for the light quotient. You will notice that I modified the Unified Chakra meditation by adding love in addition to the light. Ascended Master Kuthumi says that “you will not be able to progress through the higher levels of consciousness and ascension without going through the love grid.

It is also important to ask for divine grace. If you are in pain after a particular activation, you can ask Mother Mary to place the liquid divine grace in your bodies. This is very soothing and will many times take away all of the pain.
