These meditations are to assist you in integrating parts of your own source being once you have activated more of your own Source Self.

This is a set of 12 meditations for integrating parts of your own source being.

Once we activate, clear or heal parts of our spiritual being it is good practice to integrate this into the Physical body.

This set of meditations does just that.

This can be done after every set of activations, clearings, healing.

Or at least once every 3 months.
